Strategic Location and Helpful Services

vibrant area luggage storage clean rooms helpful staff

The hotel's location is a major asset, being across from the vibrant Dontonbori area. Luggage storage was available, which helped a lot. Rooms were clean and well kept . The staff members were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or requests.

The room temperature was a little warm, and i found no temperature adjustment inside the room.

Service

The staff efficiently managed early arrivals, securely storing bags until check-in time. They also provided storage on the day of checkout.. This service proved helpful, especially with several hours before heading to the airport.

Satisfactory stay near dotonbori

central location luggage transfer small bathroom dirty bathroom

The location was convenient near dotonbori. I could easily access many restaurants and shops. Amenities were also good with complimentary items available. The hotel offered services that organised luggage transfer.

The bathroom was small and felt a bit outdated. I noticed some minor issues with cleanliness in the lobby bathrooms. The bidet wands had some black scum on them. I avoided using the lobby bathrooms because of this.
